超聲乳化人工晶狀體植入聯(lián)合房角分離術(shù)治療原發(fā)性急性閉角型青光眼合并白內障的研究

【摘 要】 目的：研究超聲乳化人工晶狀體植入聯(lián)合房角分離術(shù)治療原發(fā)性急性閉角型青光眼合并白內障患者的臨床療效。方法：抽取2017年5月至2019年5月本院收治的32例原發(fā)性急性閉角型青光眼合并白內障患者為研究對象，將其通過(guò)隨機數表字表法分為觀(guān)察組和對照組，各16例。對照組采取周邊虹膜切除術(shù)實(shí)施治療，觀(guān)察組采取超聲乳化人工晶狀體植入聯(lián)合房角分離術(shù)實(shí)施治療，比較治療后兩組患者的視力恢復水平以及中央前房深度變化。結果治療前兩組患者視力水平和中央前房深度不存在顯著(zhù)差異，無(wú)統計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），經(jīng)對比發(fā)現，觀(guān)察組患者治療后的視力水平以及中央前房深度均升高，治療后組間比較，觀(guān)察組均高于對照組，對比效果明顯，差異具有統計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結論：超聲乳化人工晶狀體植入聯(lián)合房角分離術(shù)對閉角型青光眼合并白內障患者有較好的臨床治療效果，顯著(zhù)改善了患者的視力水平和中央前房深度，建議臨床應用。

Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of primary acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract

[Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of primary acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods：
A total of 32 patients with primary acute angle-closure Glaucoma（Pacg）complicated with cataract admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group（n=16）.The control group was treated by peripheral iridectomy，and the observation group was treated by Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with angle separation.The visual acuity and central anterior chamber depth were compared between the two groups. Results：
There was no significant difference in visual acuity and central anterior chamber depth between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After contrast，the visual acuity and central anterior chamber depth of the observation group were increased，after treatment，the observation group was higher than the Control Group，the contrast effect was obvious，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：
Phacoemulsification and intraocular Lens Implantation combined with angle separation is effective in the treatment of angle-closure Glaucoma with cataract，and significantly improves visual acuity and central anterior chamber depth，it is suggested that clinical application should be popularized.

在致使人類(lèi)失明的三大致盲眼病中，青光眼和白內障就是其二。這兩種眼部疾病的患病幾率會(huì )隨著(zhù)年齡的增加而增加，一般會(huì )單獨發(fā)生，但也有可能會(huì )同時(shí)發(fā)生。近年來(lái)，我國人口老齡化逐漸加劇，因此患白內障的人數也在逐年增多。在青光眼病患中，以原發(fā)性急性閉角型青光眼較為常見(jiàn)[1]。而當原發(fā)性急性閉角型青光眼合并白內障同時(shí)發(fā)生時(shí)，可能會(huì )導致患者出現視力下降、眼痛、頭痛、以及惡心嘔吐等情況。為此，本院采取超聲乳化人工晶狀體植入聯(lián)合房角分離術(shù)治療原發(fā)性急性閉角型青光眼合并白內障[2]。本研究于2017年5月至2019年5月從本院選取的32例原發(fā)性急性閉角型青光眼合并白內障患者為研究對象，通過(guò)對比兩組患者治療后的臨床效果，探究采用超聲乳化人工晶狀體植入聯(lián)合房角分離術(shù)治療原發(fā)性急性閉角型青光眼合并白內障患者的臨床效果。
