我是來(lái)自@@大學(xué)的@@，很榮幸能收到我夢(mèng)寐以求的學(xué)校的保研復試通知，來(lái)到我所向往的學(xué)府，向我的理想目標又前進(jìn)了一步。接下來(lái)我想從3個(gè)方面向各位老師介紹的我的個(gè)人情況，分別為專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)習情況介紹、實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗介紹以及個(gè)人職業(yè)生涯規劃。
首先我在大學(xué)期間非常注重專(zhuān)業(yè)知識的學(xué)習。我平常學(xué)習非常用功，在歷次的考試中都始終保持年級前十名的成績(jì)，獲得過(guò)2次一等獎學(xué)金，1次二等獎學(xué)金，還憑借優(yōu)異的學(xué)習成績(jì)與綜合素質(zhì)，獲得了國家獎學(xué)金。除了夯實(shí)專(zhuān)業(yè)成績(jì)，還在業(yè)余時(shí)間大量閱讀各類(lèi)書(shū)籍，累計超過(guò)100本，平均1周完成至少2本書(shū)籍閱讀，同時(shí)還自學(xué)完成了SPSS等常用辦公軟件，強化了我的知識底蘊及實(shí)操技能。
其次，我還非常注重實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗的積累。在大學(xué)期間，我積極參加學(xué)校組織的各類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)活動(dòng)，如商業(yè)規劃大賽，在比賽中，我運用專(zhuān)業(yè)知識撰寫(xiě)了一份商業(yè)計劃書(shū)，在參賽的200多份商業(yè)計劃書(shū)中脫穎而出，進(jìn)入了前十強，獲得了決賽資格，并通過(guò)數輪的激烈評比，最終獲得了二等獎。通過(guò)參加這些獲得充分提升了自己的商業(yè)運營(yíng)能力，也在數次的修改過(guò)程中加深了對本專(zhuān)業(yè)知識的認識。除了參與校內實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，我還積極協(xié)助老師參與了2項企業(yè)綜合管理咨詢(xún)項目，協(xié)助企業(yè)搭建運營(yíng)管理體系，深入企業(yè)實(shí)際接觸了市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、財務(wù)、人力資源管理等工作，這些寶貴的企業(yè)實(shí)操經(jīng)驗讓我對企業(yè)管理與運營(yíng)有了生動(dòng)的認知，也更加深了我對企業(yè)管理的興趣。
最后，我為自己設計了詳實(shí)的職業(yè)規劃。我深知要想了解企業(yè)運營(yíng)，光靠本科知識遠遠不夠，所以我選擇了考取貴校的企業(yè)管理專(zhuān)業(yè)研究生。貴校是在企業(yè)管理領(lǐng)域有著(zhù)舉足輕重的地位，我一直夢(mèng)寐以求，貴校也有強大的師資團隊，讓我無(wú)比向往。如果有幸能進(jìn)入貴校，我希望能在老師的指導下，進(jìn)一步深入研究企業(yè)管理中人力資源管理方面知識。

now ill introduce myself to you brieftly,my major is mechanical engineering and automation,in the past three years,i did quite a good job in my study and had acquired a systemic knowledge of my major,besides i past cet-6 when i was a sophomore.with regard to my character,id like to say im optimistic and tough,well,i prefer to think new things and have a try,i also have teamwork spirit.
i love my major very much, i have made up my mind to pursue my major when the frist time i chose this major. my principle is that,choose whatever you love and love whatever you choose,i know ill meet with kinds of difficulties in this field ,but i wont give up , just as the saying goes, no pains no gains .ill make every effort to overcome them in my whole life.
however compared with developed countries,the mechanical industry in our country is not very advanced,but we can see the ducky and speedy development since our government carry out reformation and opening policy.
